I've pretty much deviated from THE PLAN. I think Sundays are supposed to be story-telling, but I'm not quite sure what I meant by that... so I guess I'll tell you the story that was my day?
*Before you go any further, I must fairly warn you that this is very different from my other blog entries and is little more than a ranting tale of a bad day. I'll be better tomorrow.
I woke up around 9 AM(without an alarm; which I consider to be impressive for a college kid) and spent a half-hour laying in bed reading before I got up and got dressed and all of that good stuff to go get some breakfast. The rest of the morning/early afternoon I spent alternating between reading, the computer, and my homework. Over all, it was a good morning.
At 4 PM I had a softball game, which wasn't too good. I played fairly badly, and the rest of my team managed to play even worse. =/ Which is weird, because I'm generally not the best one on the team. It was just a bad day. I didn't make any errors, but other than the catcher, I'm the only one on my team who can make that claim. I didn't bat too well today; and then I finally got a hard hit but it looked like the short-stop snagged it so I stopped running, but then he dropped it but I got out anyways since I had stopped running. (I heard my dad in my head chewing me out; you always run through!) Long story short: it was an off day, we got creamed, and thank goodness for double elimination, or we'd be out.
So, then I had a slightly horrible dinner which involved my friend throwing water on me and then my friends leaving me at the dining hall ... but I've since decided to delete that part, because it was really whiny and embarrassing.
I'm sorry.
This really isn't like me.
It just wasn't that great of a day.
Everyone's allowed to have bad days. I hope you're feeling better today!
